     Dr. Coon’s journey into medicine began with his deep-rooted connection to nature, cultivated while growing up in a large family in the forests of Upstate New York. His love for science and creativity flourished during his undergraduate studies in biochemistry and molecular biology, where he also discovered a passion for glassblowing. His creative drive led him to spend three years as a professional glass artist in Boulder, Colorado, honing his appreciation for precision and craftsmanship.

     After his personal battle with Lyme disease left him navigating gaps in conventional care, Dr. Coon committed himself to a mission to guide and empower individuals on their healing journeys, offering compassionate care and innovative solutions tailored to their unique needs. This calling inspired him to pursue his naturopathic medical degree at Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona, where he graduated with honors in Regenerative Medicine. Following graduation, his preceptorship at the Neil Riordan Center for Regenerative Medicine advanced his expertise in interventional pain management. His passion for sonography further enhances his ability to provide innovative, precise, and effective solutions for acute and chronic pain.

     Guided by the six principles of naturopathic medicine, Dr. Coon’s practice reflects an integrative and compassionate approach to care, emphasizing the discovery and treatment of root causes while addressing the whole person. His care philosophy centers on fostering resilience and innate healing, ensuring every patient is supported and empowered on their wellness path.​​
